What I Eat In a Day during the Summer Time

While everyday can look a little different, I wanted to share with you what I eat in a day during the summertime.
Breakfast - 9 AM:

Not Pictured - Cup of Coffee w/ 2 tbsp of creamer
2 fried eggs
1/4 cup of shredded mild cheddar cheese
1.5 cups of cucumbers sliced
Total calories: 385
Lunch - 12 PM:

Beverage: 2 cups of water
1.5 cups of Romaine Lettuce
1/2 cup of Cucumbers
1/2 cup of Red Pepper
1/4 cup of Carrots
4 oz of Chicken Nuggets (not breaded)
1/4 of avocado
2 tbsp of Srirach Ranch Dressing
Total Calories: 325 calories
Snack Time - 3 PM:

Beverage: 1 cup of water
1 medium size orange
1 stick of string cheese
Total Calories: 152
Dinner - 7 PM:

Beverage: 2 cups of water
1 Salmon Fillet (about 5 oz)
1/2 cup of Cauliflower Gnocchi
1 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese
1.5 cups of broccoli
1 tbsp of olive oil used on both the broccoli and salmon
Total Calories: 535
Night Time Snack - 9 PM:

100 calorie bowl of popcorn. I prefer Skinny Pop - original.
